Meditation

This Meditation group requires no previous experience. It will be an introduction for those who have never meditated before or a quiet meditation space for those who have.

Meditation is simple but not easy. The approach taken is not intellectual but practical; if participants have learnt Mind-fullness or some other technique, this is not a problem.

Meditation is best learnt by doing it; many find it easier meditating in a group. There is the opportunity for discussion and questions although the primary aim is to provide a quiet, contemplative space in our busy lives.
