Refugee Concert with The Goodwills

While you are waiting for the third term newsletter to arrive, here are a couple of things you might like to know about.

The committee has agreed to host a concert by The Goodwills (Bob and Laurel Wilson and Helen Rowe) on Sunday July 10, 2022. The event will be held at the U3A Rooms starting at 2pm. Admission by donation. Please tell your friends.

Net proceeds will be donated to the Romero Centre in Brisbane, which supports asylum seekers. You can find out more by going to https://www.facebook.com/TheGoodwills

Draft Constitution

Your hard-working committee has updated U3A Warwick’s constitution to reflect the new technologies that were not widespread when the organisation was formed in 1993.

The draft constitution will be uploaded to this website on Sunday the 3rd under its own page. It is essential reading as it will have to be approved at our annual general meeting in November.
