Gabriel is a teacher and community development worker, is a fluent Bahasa Indonesia and Tetum speaker who has lived and worked in Indonesia and East Timor for over fourteen years.

She has a deep love of the languages and the cultures of the many islands of these nations. The class will be practical and fun.

The language of Indonesia uses our familiar alphabet and script, is spelt phonetically, and has uncomplicated grammar so, especially in the early stages, it is easy and satisfying to learn and will build your confidence quite quickly.
