Notice of Special Resolution
On 25th November 2022, at the U3A Warwick Inc Annual General Meeting held at Churches of Christ Auditorium, 223 Dragon Street Warwick, the Special Resolution to revise and update our Constitution (or Rules) was approved by a majority of the members present. The approved revisions will now be sent to the Office Of Fair Trading for their ratification.
